These terms and conditions govern the sale of technical and reconditioned products
via the online shop.

• Reconditioned servo motors
• Inspected, tested and technically verified.
• They may show signs of wear and tear that do not affect their performance.
• Batteries for hybrid and electric vehicles
• Must be installed and handled by professional and qualified personnel.
• Require proper transport, storage and installation.
• Specialised technical components
• Servo Motors Adjust, SL is an official authorised distributor in Europe of products
• such as Stabilant®, guaranteeing their authenticity and origin.

Prices

• Prices are quoted in euros (€).
• VAT will be shown separately where applicable.
• The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
• Payment methods
• We accept:
• Credit or debit card
• Bizum
• The order is considered confirmed once payment has been received.

Warranty

All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery,
provided that the conditions of use and the manufacturer’s instructions are followed.
Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised
tampering and normal wear and tear is excluded.

Liability

The liability of Servo Motors Adjust, SL shall not exceed the amount paid for the
purchased product. Furthermore, it accepts no liability for:

• Incorrect or unprofessional installation
• Misuse or use other than that recommended by the manufacturer
• Unauthorised tampering
• Normal wear and tear or deterioration due to incorrect storage
• Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions
• The product has been applied or used
• Indirect losses, production stoppages or loss of profit.

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.
