DELIVERY TERMS
The products sold in the Servo Motors Adjust, SL online shop include:
- Reconditioned servo motors
- Batteries for hybrid and electric vehicles
- Specialised technical components
Delivery area
We deliver to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands (where applicable) and countries within the
European Union. For other destinations, the customer must contact us in advance.
Delivery times
Mainland Spain: 24–72 working hours.
European Union: 3–7 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on availability and destination.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed before completing the purchase and are calculated based on weight,
volume and destination. Unless otherwise stated, these are payable by the customer.
Transport
Deliveries are made by specialist transport companies. The delivery period
begins once payment has been confirmed.
Issues
Any issues must be reported within a maximum of 24 hours of
receipt and, if possible, accompanied by photographs.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the technical nature of the products, returns will only be accepted if the
product is in the same condition as when it was delivered, retains its original packaging
and has not been used or tampered with.
In the case of batteries and specialised technical products, returns will not be accepted if
they have been opened, tampered with or stored incorrectly.
Return costs shall be borne by the customer unless the error is attributable to Servo Motors
Adjust, SL.
